The fit-call form collects your name, work email, organization, role, approximate audience size, preferred format, event or use case, timing, optional practical accommodations, and consent to be contacted.

Please do not submit diagnoses, medical records, financial account information, government identifiers, or other sensitive personal information through the form.

Great Minds Think Different LLC uses inquiry information to understand your request, assess whether a Poetry Clinic fits, reply, schedule a conversation, prepare a proposal, and administer a resulting engagement.

Inquiry information is not added to an unrelated marketing list. GMTD does not sell or rent website inquiry information or use it for targeted advertising.

Information may be processed by service providers that support website hosting, email delivery, scheduling, security, and business administration. They receive information only for the services they provide to GMTD.

GMTD may also disclose information when you authorize it, when reasonably necessary to protect rights or safety, during a business transfer, or when required by law or valid legal process.

GMTD keeps inquiry information only as long as reasonably needed to respond, administer a resulting engagement, maintain necessary business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Records connected to a contract, payment, permission, or legal requirement may be retained longer than an unsuccessful inquiry.

GMTD uses reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the information handled. No website, email system, or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.

GMTD does not currently use advertising pixels, behavioral advertising, or website analytics. The website may use technical features necessary to deliver pages, protect forms, or maintain basic functionality.

If analytics, advertising, embedded media, or materially different tracking is added, this notice will be updated before that use begins and any required consent mechanism will be implemented.

You may ask GMTD to explain, access, correct, or delete website inquiry information associated with you. Some information may need to be retained for an active agreement, accounting, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or another legal obligation.

Send a request to gmtdforever@gmail.com. GMTD may need to verify that the requester is the person associated with the information before completing a request.

The website inquiry form is intended for adult organizational representatives and is not directed to children under 13. GMTD does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 through this website.
