Website Terms of Use
These Terms apply to the public GMTD website. Contract-specific fees, cancellation, travel, confidentiality, insurance, ownership, and deliverables belong in signed engagement documents.

This website provides general information about Great Minds Think Different LLC and the Poetry Clinic. Website content is not a proposal, contract, guarantee, professional opinion, or promise that a particular engagement is available or appropriate.

The Poetry Clinic and this website do not provide therapy, counseling, clinical treatment, crisis intervention, legal advice, employment advice, legal mediation, or an employee-assistance-program replacement. Contact qualified or emergency services when those services are needed.

GMTD does not guarantee a business, health, employment, relationship, retention, productivity, or other downstream result. Testimonials describe individual experiences and do not promise what another participant or organization will experience.

Unless otherwise identified, the website design, GMTD brand materials, and original website copy are owned by or licensed to Great Minds Think Different LLC. You may view and share links to the public website for ordinary informational purposes. Do not reproduce, sell, alter, scrape, impersonate, or commercially exploit website materials without permission.

GMTD does not claim ownership of an individual participant contribution merely because it is created during a Poetry Clinic. Rights in commissioned, collaborative, recorded, or custom work are defined in the applicable engagement documents. Information submitted through the booking form may be used only to evaluate, respond to, and administer the inquiry as described in the Privacy Notice.

Do not attempt to disrupt the website, bypass security, submit unlawful or infringing material, impersonate another person, introduce malicious code, misuse the booking form, or use the website in a way that violates another person’s rights.

Links or connections to hosting, email, calendar, or other third-party services are provided for convenience or operation. Those services may have their own terms and privacy practices. GMTD is not responsible for third-party services it does not control.

GMTD works to keep website information accurate and available, but the website is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, GMTD does not make warranties about uninterrupted access, error-free operation, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these Terms limits a right that applicable law does not allow GMTD to limit.

GMTD may update the website and these Terms. The effective date identifies the current version. Any paid Poetry Clinic is governed by a separate proposal, statement of work, or services agreement, and that signed agreement controls if it conflicts with website information.
