Choice stays in the room.
Anyone can pass
Participants may pass on any prompt, question, or activity at any time without explaining why.
Respect is the ground rule
The facilitator asks everyone to listen well, speak for themselves, and give each person room.
Confidentiality has honest limits
The group is asked to keep what is shared in the room, but GMTD does not represent that social agreement as a legal or clinical guarantee.

Privacy + data
We collect only what the inquiry needs.
Conversation information
The conversation form collects contact, organization, role, timing, format, event context, and optional practical accommodation information so GMTD can respond. Do not submit medical records or diagnoses.
How it is used
Inquiry information is not sold, rented, used for targeted advertising, or added to unrelated marketing lists. It is available only to GMTD and service providers supporting the inquiry.
Retention
Inquiry information is kept only as long as needed for the conversation, any resulting engagement, and applicable business record requirements.
Privacy requests
A requester may ask to access, correct, or delete inquiry information, subject to records retained for an active agreement or legal obligation. The complete process appears in the Privacy Notice.

Contributions + ownership
Wesley creates the final collective poem.
Private notes are not the final poem
Participants may write privately or offer thoughts, themes, words, and phrases. Private notes are not collected or treated as individual deliverables.
The final poem is a GMTD work
Wesley selects, edits, arranges, and writes the final collective poem. GMTD owns the final poem and all rights in that final work.
GMTD may carry the poem forward
GMTD may publish, display, adapt, license, sell, distribute, or otherwise reuse a final collective poem without additional participant permission.
Sponsor recaps stay aggregate
Ordinary sponsor reporting is non-medical and group-level. Raw individual responses are provided only with participant authorization or when legally required.
Identity and media are separate
GMTD does not attach a participant’s name, image, voice, testimonial, photo, audio, or video to a poem without the appropriate separate authorization.
Non-therapy scope
The boundary is explicit.
The Poetry Clinic is a facilitated creative-expression and team-development experience.
It is not therapy, clinical treatment, crisis intervention, legal mediation, or a substitute for an employee-assistance program or licensed mental-health care. Participation is voluntary, and participants may pass on any activity or question.
Accessibility
Participation should not depend on standing, moving, or reading aloud.
Planning
The conversation form includes space to identify accommodations before the session.
In the room
Activities can be adapted, the pass option remains available, and quiet participation is welcome.
Virtual delivery
Captions or a transcript can be arranged for an agreed virtual session or recording.
The website
The site is designed with labeled forms, keyboard navigation, descriptive alt text, readable contrast, and reduced-motion support.
Vendor readiness
Bring your procurement checklist.
GMTD will work through the vendor documents, agreement language, insurance requirements, data-handling questions, cancellation terms, and contracting contacts required for a proposed engagement.
Exact entity, insurance, agreement, and retention details are confirmed in the proposal and onboarding documents before any engagement is finalized.
